I have been awarded the European Certificate of Psychotherapy, I am registered as a certified Psychotherapist in Greece and am also a member of the Hellenic Association for Person-centered & Experiential Approach.

As a volunteer for the Association “Pnoi Agapis”, I offer therapeutic sessions to cancer patients and their families, and also facilitate an encounter group for cancer patients in treatment.

I facilitated encounter groups for third age people in a neighbourhood of the Municipality of Athens, as a volunteer, during two years.

 

I graduated from HEC in France and worked for a long time as a diplomat at the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

On another note, I am grateful and strive for the simple pleasures in life, like laughing, being happy, spending time with my family and friends, or enjoying nature.

 

I like to exercise (mostly kiting and running), watch sports (basketball and football), go to the cinema, read books and upload mixes on mixcloud.

 

I am just a regular human being.
